The project recognizes a neighborhood scale, being located along the property, achieving a medium height to make the most of the east facade. We oriented the house towards the outside, where the visuals, the winds and the natural lighting govern all the spaces, and it is possible to dilute the marked border between interior and exterior. The balcony is a space decidedly integrated into the different events of living within the design proposal.

The floor plan is resolved in a gallery, managing to solve the different metric typologies that the client needed with a single scheme that structures the space and preserves the conceptual qualities with flexibility.
