TIJUANA NEW CITY

Architecture / Residential

Located in the center of the city of Tijuana, the building consolidates mixed-use operations.

Four rectangular buildings are generated, with the public node in the center of the land, serving as an articulating base for the project.

The lower floors of the building house: Retail, restaurants, a gym, a conference center and a range of city facilities, while flexible office spaces are located on the upper levels. A hotel, an office building are part of the uses and apartments on the upper floors.

The vegetation runs through the heart of the building, from the central atrium to the roof, bringing nature closer to the work and living space. It also acts as a social catalyst, creating spaces for collaboration, relaxation and inspiration.

“Architecture, in addition to being a profession and a vocation, is a great responsibility.”
