THE FAN EXPERIENCE PROJECT is a concept designed to create a closer dialogue between fans and the brands of our business partners, through a series of interactions that have retail as a meeting point and narrative thread.

Our approach is to build a different relationship with our customers that goes beyond the transactional. We want to create a database with which we can profile their tastes and interests, to make our collections and activities more efficient, as well as valuable content that generates an emotional connection with the brands of our business partners.
